No. Monthly plans are month-to-month with no commitment — cancel anytime. Annual plans are paid upfront for 12 months at a 13% discount. No hidden cancellation fees.

A location is a single workspace — typically one physical restaurant, café, or branch. Each location has its own team, shift questions, reports, and dashboard. One business with two branches would count as 2 locations.

No. Every plan includes unlimited team members. Invite as many staff, managers, and owners as you need — your price stays the same. We believe every team member should have access without worrying about seat costs.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Enterprise plans can be invoiced. For Israeli businesses, we also support local payment methods.

For 6–14 locations, we offer custom Business plan extensions at a competitive per-location rate. Contact us and we'll build a plan that fits your exact needs.
